OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Gemma Kenney
BSc (Hons) MRCOT
I’ve been a qualified Occupational Therapist for nearly two decades, focussing on rehabilitation for adults and older persons with a range of physical and cognitive impairments.
My early career centred on housing, equipment, and major adaptations for individuals with long-term disabilities, providing a solid foundation for my subsequent specialisation in acute rehabilitation.
I’ve handled a wide range of complex cases, from traumatic injuries requiring immediate and intensive rehabilitation to degenerative conditions like motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis, integrating care for physical disabilities with the management of cognitive and mental health issues such as dementia and depression.

Kaylee Mowatt
BSc. (Hons)
I have been a qualified Occupational Therapist for 15 years, with a core focus on rehabilitation and reablement. Prior to Ocupa, I was the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager for an early intervention and prevention team providing rehabilitation to adults in the community. Under my leadership, this team achieved an “Outstanding” CQC rating.
I’m passionate about supporting people to achieve their personal goals. As an Occupational Therapist, I feel we are best placed to use our creative and problem-solving skills to help people to live their best life and achieve their full potential.
