Why Occupational Therapy?

OT’s use occupational analysis to understand a person’s areas of strength and difficulty. We look beyond diagnosis to understand what the person can do, what limits them and what strategies will make work achievable. We can also advise on how to bridge the gap between current ability and job demands using rehabilitation programs. All of our therapists are fully qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).

Our Occupational Health assessments for church workers remain grounded in clinical best practice, but our specialist team understand the unique aspects of a faith-based working environment. We work with churches or places of worship to deliver professional services delivered in harmony with an aligned code of ethics.
