Each and every one of our clients is unique, and we are committed to helping you reach goals that are important to you. All of our reablement programs are bespoke to your needs and tailored to maximise your independence.
We come to you with in-person and remote options available
Our therapy team comes to you. All of our assessments and treatment sessions take place in your own home or at a location of your choice. This is important to ensure that your assessment is authentic and in context to your own environment. Where appropriate, we are also able to offer remote options via online conference calling.
